I use information to answer your enquiries and keep this site working. I do not sell it or use it for advertising. This site uses no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Website analytics

PostHog is the only analytics service configured for this public website. I use it to understand public-page activity and improve the site. The measurements are:

  • Views of the homepage, engagement page, feedback page, privacy policy and terms.
  • Clicks to start an enquiry, open or download the paper, or visit its publication record.
  • Successful use of the button that copies the public website link.
  • Opening the feedback form, reports of public-page errors and clicks to retry a failed page.

Automatic events contain an allowed public page address without query parameters or fragments, its path, the action or fixed error category, and a fresh random identifier. They do not include names, email addresses, form contents, referring pages, private links, raw error messages or stack traces. Enquiry forms, private request conversations and published reading pages are excluded from these analytics.

This integration sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, records no sessions and creates no person profiles. It counts received events, not unique people or returning visitors. Opening or copying a link does not prove that it was read or referred someone; an enquiry is not recorded as revenue. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable automatic analytics. Blocked or failed requests can leave gaps in the counts.

PostHog processes and stores received events in my US-hosted project. Direct analytics requests also reveal the network information needed to receive them, such as an IP address and browser headers. This site requests no location enrichment. PostHog privacy information.

Feedback and feature requests

Feedback is voluntary. When you choose to send a response, this site forwards your selected response type, any rating and the text you enter to PostHog, where I review the survey responses. It also sends a random submission reference to reduce duplicate responses. That reference is separate from automatic analytics. No name or email address is requested, and I do not intentionally forward your network address with the response.

The form asks you to agree before sending. This is separate from automatic tracking: you may deliberately submit feedback even when a browser privacy signal has disabled analytics. Please do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information. Feedback is not publicly displayed, and this site does not keep a separate database or file copy of survey responses. PostHog retains the responses it receives.

A PostHog feature flag controls whether the feedback form is available. The server checks that site-wide setting without sending a visitor identifier; it is not a personalised experiment. If the service cannot accept a response, the form explains the failure and keeps your draft while the page remains open.

Errors and improvements

Fixed technical categories help me spot public-page loading, rendering and graphics failures. A retry click records an attempt to recover; it does not claim that the fault was fixed. The site also processes operational fault reports to keep the service working. Private conversations are not sent to PostHog for error analysis.

Enquiries and correspondence

When you submit an enquiry, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, country and messages. The site also records the request time, network address and browser information for operation and abuse prevention. Enquiry records are retained until manually deleted. Published verses remain available until I remove them.

If email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the recipient address and notification details, such as a name, enquiry reference or private reply link. Enquiry message text is not included in those notifications.
