This site is operated by Eschatonic Umbrella L.L.C. (“we”). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.

The site publishes verses and describes the Spizhosynchronic Engine. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, advice of any kind, or a promise of any result. No price is published; the terms of any engagement are agreed separately, in writing, with an approved request, and those terms govern that engagement.

The verses, the mark, the name, the films, the pictures and the words are ours or licensed to us. You may read them and link to them. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or use them to train a model without our written leave, beyond what the law allows without it.

What you send through the request form is handled as the privacy policy says. Do not send anything you are not entitled to send.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from the site or its content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
